Foxwood Springs is a senior living community on a 138-acre pet-friendly campus south of Kansas City, MO. Independent Living garden and apartment homes, Assisted Living, as well as Memory, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Personalized In-Home Care services are offered at this community.
